Usage & Return Information

Product Usage:

This product is recommended to be used within 3 months from the production date printed on the bag.

Check Your Order

Please check your order upon delivery to ensure all items are correct.

Faulty or Damaged Products:

We are happy to help if your product arrives faulty or not as described.
All claims must be made within 14 days of delivery via email sales@mealtime.co.nz.
To allow us to properly analyse the issue, please include:

  • Photos of the faulty product
  • The production/bagging date that you can find on the side of the bag
  • A clear photo of the bag
  • A clear photo of the product itself

Change of Mind:

Due to the product’s limited usage timeframe, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds

Once we receive your email, our quality team will review the information provided. After this assessment, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
If we require the bag or a sample to be returned for testing, we will let you know and arrange (and cover the cost of) the collection.
